How to switch on cookies with Mozilla Firefox and Internet Explorer

How to switch on cookies before you make an online payment.

On the top toolbar  of your Internet browser, click on Tools > Internet options > Privacy> Accept cookies

On Internet Explorer the highest privacy setting blocks all cookies.  Move the slider down to accept cookies.

Click OK to save the setting.

Remember to change your settings back once you have completed your download to ensure that you set your browser to your original preference.
